Your Duties:

Working with current clients of the company (maintaining a CRM system for existing clients); Control over document flow (checking, scanning, uploading documents to CRM); Control over customer payments; Informing clients about the progress of procedures; Work with CRM system and office programs; Consulting clients in the office and online.

Requirements:

higher education; communication skills; accurate implementation of tasks set by the manager; fluency in Russian and Kazakh languages ​​(mandatory requirement); responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance; knowledge of basic office programs.

Additional:
