Your Duties:

Recruiter support: Assistance in searching and selecting candidates, compiling and posting vacancies on various platforms. Work with resumes: Primary processing of resumes, conducting telephone interviews with candidates. Organizing meetings: Scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining a calendar of meetings and events. Database maintenance: Updating and maintaining the database of candidates and employees. Documentation: Preparation and execution of documents related to the process of hiring and adaptation of new employees. Administrative support: Perform administrative tasks on behalf of the HR department manager. Participation in projects: Participation in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving the process of recruitment and adaptation of employees. Requirements:

Education: Undergraduate or university graduate, preferably in human resources management, psychology, sociology or related disciplines. Interest in the HR field: Desire to develop in the field of recruitment and personnel management. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Organizational skills: Ability to multitask and organize your work time. Responsibility and initiative: Ability to complete tasks independently and with a high degree of responsibility. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Internet skills. Language skills: Knowledge of English at a level of at least Intermediate is desirable.
