Prepare post-launch surveys to track and collect feedback on sales, customer and consumer opinions, advertising campaign data, etc. Collect results, analyze and recommend in the form of a comprehensive report on post-launch activities. Structure the report using a clear and organized outline, including sections on key findings, analysis methods, results and recommendations. Conduct on-site visits to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data collected to ensure it is reliable for analysis. - Additional Market Research: Use various research methodologies such as surveys, focus groups and data analytics to generate actionable insights. Monitor market trends, new product launches and market promotions. Conduct comparative analysis to identify areas for improvement. Conduct comprehensive market research – depending on business needs (to identify market trends, consumer preferences, etc.). - Brand Quality Field Audit: Attend 2 (two) days a week field research, which involves direct interaction with consumers in various locations such as stores, universities and crowded public places. Interact with consumers, obtain feedback and feedback. Collect in-store feedback on the displayed information to assess the effectiveness of POS materials, which includes understanding consumer perceptions and identifying potential improvements. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or related field. - Confident use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Good knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools. - Ability to work with various forms of content. - Creativity and ability to generate ideas. - Knowledge of English at B2 (Upper-intermediate) level.
