Your Duties:

- Production and logistics support of POSM: Assistance in developing the design of POSM materials: Creation of layouts, 3D models, selection of materials and color schemes under the guidance of senior designers. Organization of production of POSM materials: Control over printing, cutting, assembly and packaging of materials. Participation in logistics: Assistance in planning and organizing the delivery of materials. Conducting an inventory of POSM materials: Collecting data on the availability, quantity and condition of POSM materials, according to the approved planogram. Maintaining records of POSM materials: Tracking the movement of materials at all stages - from production to placement. Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on the results of the inspection: Documentation on the availability of materials, quality, as well as identified problems. Providing feedback to the team: Informing about the need to replenish stocks, replace or repair materials. Preparing the necessary documentation. Assistance in maintaining the department's document flow. Creating a single sales database. Studying promotional activities in the fields. Preparation of Highlights presentations on promotional activities. - Checking the hostess' activities: Control of the hostess' appearance: Checking the hostess' appearance in accordance with the approved Company standards. Checking the availability of necessary materials: Checking the availability of information brochures and presentation materials for the hostesses. Checking the readiness to communicate with consumers: Checking the hostess' ability to answer questions, present the product, and conduct a conversation. Monitoring the work of the hostesses during promotions: Monitoring the work of the hostesses according to established criteria (activity, sociability, ability to present the product, compliance with the company's standards). Recommendations for improving the work of the hostesses: Providing feedback to the hostesses, forming recommendations for improving their work Assistance in placing an order, distributing and sending souvenir, printed and gift products to the regions. Organization of events for consumers and clients. Visiting the venues of events in order to monitor the work of promoters and activities. Assistance in creating a target program of retail outlets (Almaty, Astana) and their schedule on a weekly basis. Consolidation of applications for cigarettes (need). Consolidation of the file for Dashboard PBI.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related fields. - Confident use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Good knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools. - Ability to work with various forms of content. - Creativity and ability to generate ideas. - Knowledge of English at B2 (Upper-intermediate) level.
