Responsibilities: Documentation Management: Maintain and update employee databases and document workflows. Prepare reports and analytics on HR matters. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient HR processes. Recruitment: Manage candidate databases. Conduct calls and candidate assessments. Support recruitment events and activities. Liaise with other departments on recruitment needs. Internal Communications: Assist in managing internal social media platforms. Work with vendors and suppliers. Help organize events and support event execution. Write posts and newsletters for internal communication.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or ongoing student status in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related fields is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in office programs and data management systems. Proactive, responsible, and organized attitude. A strong desire to learn and grow in the aviation industry.
