• Preparation and delivery of financial models; • Carrying out financial analysis; • Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials; • Ability to prepare and use market approach for valuation of companies • Preparation of macro, industry and company overview • WACC calculation
• Degree from a leading Kazakhstani or international university; • Progress towards CFA certificate/ Kazakhstani Valuation license is a plus • Strong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, advanced research skills; • Excellent writing and presentation skills; • Fast learner, team player with strong communication skills; • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to details; • Non-standard approach to problem solving; • Ability to work under pressure; • Ability to adapt to changes quickly; • Proficient level of English (writing and speaking)
