Support the team in day-to-day operational activities Assist in preparing and reviewing transport and shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, CMR, bills of lading, etc.) Enter and update shipment data in internal systems and tracking tools (Excel, ERP, TMS) Collect and organize information related to shipments, routes, and delivery timelines Monitor shipment status (under the supervision of a manager) Communicate with carriers, agents, and internal departments on operational matters (under supervision) Prepare reports and summary tables on ongoing shipments Participate in organizing transportation (road, rail, sea, air — depending on business scope) Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or mentor
Student or recent graduate in Logistics, Transportation, International Relations, Economics, or a related field Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation Responsible and able to work with large volumes of information Good communication skills Fluency in Kazakh and Russian is required; English at Intermediate level or above is an advantage
