Support HR team in daily administrative and operational activities Assist with preparation and processing of HR documentation (employment contracts, orders, letters, etc.) Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support onboarding and offboarding processes Assist in recruitment activities (CV screening, interview coordination, communication with candidates) Help track probation periods and other employee lifecycle processes Prepare HR-related reports, trackers, and presentations Assist in organizing internal HR initiatives and events Provide administrative support to employees on HR-related requests Perform other tasks as assigned by HR team or supervisor
Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with large volumes of information Good communication skills Kazakh and Russian fluency is required; English at Intermediate level or above is an advantage 4.
