HTK Project

Your Duties:

 Support the Project Office team in day-to-day project activities  Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to warehouse operations  Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation  Help track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables  Participate in process mapping and documentation of warehouse operations  Assist in coordination between internal departments (warehouse, logistics, HR, finance)  Monitor progress of ongoing projects and update tracking tools (Excel (VLOOKUP), MS Power Point, project trackers)  Support implementation of new processes and operational improvements  Assist in organizing meetings and preparing meeting minutes  Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or mentor

Requirements:

 Student or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)  Attention to detail and ability to work with data  Good organizational and communication skills  Kazakh and Russian fluency is required; English at Intermediate level or above is an advantage
