- Support document processing and payment requests through internal company systems - Maintain and update payment and project tracking files - Assist with the preparation of marketing and event-related documentation - Support contract coordination and internal approval processes - Help organize business trips and related documentation - Coordinate the shipment and distribution of promotional materials - Communicate with internal teams, regional offices, and external vendors - Provide administrative support to the Retail Marketing team
- Completed higher education degree or currently in the final year of university - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook - English: Upper-Intermediate (B2); knowledge of Kazakh is considered an advantage - Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities - Eagerness to learn and develop a career in strategic marketing - Proactive, responsible, and willing to take on new challenges and opportunities for growth
