Student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with large volumes of information Good communication skills Kazakh and Russian fluency is required; English at Intermediate level or above is an advantage
Support the Finance Department in daily administrative and operational activities Assist with the preparation and processing of financial documentation, reports, and internal records Maintain and update financial databases, trackers, and filing systems Assist with invoice processing, document verification, and reconciliation of financial records Support month-end and year-end closing activities Assist in preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations Help monitor payment schedules, expense records, and budget tracking Provide administrative support to the Finance team Perform other tasks as assigned by the Finance team or supervisor
