Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Supporting the Field Development specialists and partially the Business Lead: Create reports and recommendations; analyze and interpret large datasets Assist in monitoring and coordinating projects (educational events, product launches) Provide occasional on-site support for documentation and event logistics Conduct market research and assess competitive environment
Required knowledge: Final year of Bachelor’s or first year of Master’s in business, economics, IT, or healthcare Fluent in Russian and B2/C1 in English Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook) Skilled in Interpreting big data (pivot tables) Punctuality and attention to detail Strong verbal & written communication skills Would be a plus: Medical education Knowledge of Kazakh language Eagerness to learn and develop
Internship details: Start date: January/February 2026 Duration: 6 months Based in Almaty or Astana City Working model: Primarily remote work (occasional field presence required for document assistance and event organization) Working hours: 25 hours per week
